 WDCU Membership Application

The membership application/renewal form is available here:  WDCU Membership Application Form

1.      Print a copy of the Membership Application.

2.      Fill out the application form.  For renewals, note changes as necessary. 

3.      Regular members write a $66 check payable to the WDCU.

4.      Affiliate members might prefer to send $1.00 cash or more for multiple years. 

5.      Mail the application and check to the new Treasurer & Membership Chairman.
